Does anyone here own the Perlglanz Green GTS in NJ?
Does anyone near me (Middletown, NJ) own a Perlglanz Green GTS? Saw it about 4 weeks ago off Rt. 35 and have a friend that has also seen it. Really nice looking car in a great color.

Hi Dave. Changing the knock sensor this week. I am having him replace the CPS too while he is in there. We looked through the service history and can't find any indication that it was replaced during the intake refresh in 2011. I am also looking into painting the intake (stock color). The flaking paint really made the car look bad.

I can already see headlines in NJ papers. Strange groups of people loitering in intersections in Middletown mumbling something about last green one. Chase vehicles ready to jump into action at moments notice and large amounts of cash on hand ready to make a deal.

Approximately a month ago, I was headed to the train station and spotted a yellow-lime green 928 GTS. The paint was definitely pearlescent and was an exact match for Perlglanz Green. I tried to get the guys attention but was not able to since he was moving in the opposite direction. I did notice that the car had rub-strips. I believe the “last GTS” did not have rub-strips so I don’t think it was the car.
Was there many cars painted in Perlglanz Green? Great color BTW. Looked great on a 928 especially with the extra curves of the GTS fenders.

Sure thing Mike. I feel like Captain Ahab looking for his white whale. I spotted it at 7am on a weekday. Good chance that the guy drives it to work. Hopefully I will run into it again.
