I am placing an order tomorrow for pulleys if anyone need a replacement crank pulley option similar to the one shown above. This pulley layout retains the stock alternator drive location, but the PS pulley is moved forward with a spacer under the stock pulley of approximately 12mm. Factory smog pump is moved forward as well, perfect for custom vacuum pump installation.

Who knew that proper dual throttle implementation would be such a difficult task.

Many, many hours later, this is the best system I can devise that will fit in the space, and still allow me to keep the FPR mounted to the engine assembly (will allow me to pre-plumb the entire fuel system) and give proper timing to throttle blades.

The jack shaft can be operated with a lever arm and solid linkage from the throttle quad, or I can use a progressive cam. I will be testing both.

The jackshaft supports have the standard 32mm mounting pattern for attaching a modern analog TPS. Together with the TMAP fitting already machined in the manifold, these are setup for running aftermarket fuel management out of the box. I can also use off the shelf return springs, throttle stops and other accessories designed for the 32mm pattern.

I still need to find the best location for the AIC input and the constant vacuum port for the brake booster, but then this part will be ready to go to the machine shop too.

You can view the 3D model, and see how close the gap is between the FPR and the shaft here:

For those with the "injectors mounted in a bushing centered over the intake port" in the Pizza-box style intake...any concerns/experience with fuel spray getting "mixed around" inside the manifold?

Seems to me that under the right conditions having the injector merely spraying in the general direction of the intake port (rather than in a dedicated, confined intake runner tube) that internal manifold turbulence would carry fuel away from the intended cylinder...though I guess in a batch fire setup if it's all moving around all the cylinders are going to be getting a similar "mixture" anyways?

Or in your setups, is the tip of the injector actually inside the confines of the cylinder head port?

That's...like 50 Facebook HP in the US, 200HP for the 2000HP NOS guy in the UK, and also precisely 23.59 Kiborts.

Ah, yes. Very true.

Heading out to Vegas on 8th to see Polecat. He is taking my VCB supercharger kit (Victor is coming out to do the swap of mine back to stock). Covered trailering my car out (save the new paint from sandblasting on that long journey).

2 day drive, three days there, 2 day drive. Should be fun.

Jeff and Speedtoys, I am green with envy. I can't wait to see a completed kit installed and tuned. Absolute automotive art.

That is really cool. You could probably make some cash making new one piece pulleys for the e55. The options are only to put outer rings on to get the od bigger. Of course there were even less e55s then there were 928s. So maybe not.

Watch the "pointiness" of those multi-rib pulleys. My experience has shown if they are too pointy, they will cut your belt.

I hear what you are saying about the pulley, I am on the fence about turning them down... this sheaving was pulled directly from Gates, and is to the letter what they specify.

I can blunt them off more, but that will reduce the grip of the pulley. Its a tough call, but its going to be nice having all that grip and improved ratio over the stock pulley.

What is the diameter of the supercharger drive portion of this pulley?
