Default Pagid Yellow Brake Pad

Anybody have any experience with the Pagid Yellow Brake pads? I need to replace my track brake pads (I run OEM for daily driving and race/track pads when the car is on the track). I step on the brakes pretty hard when the car is on the track, so the brakes get a good workout. I've run the Pagid Orange before and just coming off of some Hawke Blue pads.

The GTS has the "Big Reds" on the front and I've upgraded the rears to 993TT brakes with a 55 bar rear bias valve.

Thanks,

Garth I haven't heard anything about the Pagid Yellows, maybe ask the guys on the 993/996 boards what they think of 'em.

I take it that no one has used the Pagid Yellow. 70 views and one response (thanks Shane, tried it and no responses either).

Thanks

I've AX'd and DE'd the heck outta my Hawk Plus's....never the SLIGHTEST bit of fade, and the 'feel' makes the car seem 700# lighter. I don't have the Big Reds, but do have the GT Big Blacks upgrade.

Only negative - SQUEAL like a pig on the street....(I've since gone to swtiching out the pads for AX/DE and street - Metalmasters)

I'm not sure how new they are. I was shopping for some new track pads and it was suggested that these might be better for the 928. I liked the Pagid Orange pads. The Hawk Blue pads worked well but seemed to product a lot of dust. My front Big Reds are now Big Blacks and will have to be refinished again in red. Maybe I'll do them in black so as not to have to keep doing it. I'll have to repaint the rears black as well.

Everyone wants to know.

I think these are the new "long life" Pagids. So they're more expensive.

I did find a lot of comments on the GT2/GT3 forum. Seems they are well liked by that group.

Thanks,
