No. Its basically bar stock welded to the bottom of the frame rail, 1/8" or maybe 3/16" thick plate the width of the rail and maybe 3-4" long.

Any update XS? I'm thinking about fabbing my own version from some steel stock. I know the stock brackets are pretty weak in their design and this is a bit of a no brainer when you look at them, but I wonder if there is a significant amount of movement here. Just what I need stiffer front bar and more understeer LOL.

Kind of a pain in the butt to get on one of the sides, but in so doing I learned I have the 30 mm upgrade. Anyway, HUGE difference! Best $20 upgrade, bar non, period. Now I have to get better tires to take advantage.

THANKS TRAVIS!
