Interesting data point that I was finally able to get after many hundreds of years...

BBS one-piece "mesh" wheel, 8Jx15 ET11 (early 944 and 911 fitment) is ~18lbs.
Imagine the 7Jx15 is maybe 2 lbs lighter than that but I don't have any 7's unmounted currently.

I can weigh a cookie cutter for you later. I remember one of my racing friends saying the Jongbloed racing wheels are about 0.5 lb lighter than the cookies.

7x15 Cookies are 6.9kg / 15.2 Lbs
