Default moving wiper regulator arms so wiper motor bolt is exposed

I'm replacing my wiper motor.
Took off the blower top and base and slid the wiper motor with regulator arms out.
I was able to get the nut off and two of the 3 bolts that hold the wiper motor onto the regulator assembly but that last of 3 bolts is covered by one of the regulator arms.
It doesn't seem to want to move when I manually try to move the arms and I I fear using too much force might break something.

Has anyone replaced the wiper motor and if so, how did you get the arms to move. The online help only says undo the bolts from the bottom ...

Can you just put a little electricity to the motor, so it spins part way around?

If that's my only option I can hook the power cable back onto the power harness that it came from and ground the other wire as well. I did manage to get the nut off where the spinning part was and it was kind of tough to wiggle it out under the arms so I guess I will have to re-secure that as well so I was hoping for a nonpowered solution ...

I ended up just putting the bolt back on and using a wench to manually turn the regulator arms , The new/used motor works now

I found a pretty detailed YouTube video on rebuilding wipe motor. In German but it's very clear from video.

I saw that video several times but lately I've been so strapped for time that it was easier to just swap in a nused motor
