Short shift kits
I know there are lots of old threads on this topic, but just wondering on any views of current kits in the market and which others think is best. I currently have standard but new standard Porsche ones in the car. Interested in views on replacing front or rear components or both. For use in my S2 based race car. Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm on the hunt also for both (Front & Rear)
I've been looking at this one for the gearbox:

And the front stick, this has lots of adjustments (Throw and length)

I think the two would be a good package?

Ive been quite happy with the Only944 shifter up front and the Short shifter in the back. Don't forget to add this along with the Short Shifter.

I had one of the Lindsey adjustable levers, and it was great, but I'd say that it's hardly worth the price tag unless you feel the need to fine-tune the most ridiculous aspects of the shifter. You'd be better off just going with the only944 stuff.

And another vote for the Only944 short shift linkage. A bit of a PITA to install, but very nice feel and my shift boot no longer pulls out when I shift into reverse.

That never occurred to me as a side benefit- now I'm definitely looking forward to putting one in when I drop the replacement transaxle in in a few weeks...

Even though the only944 shift linkage (on the transaxle) can be installed w/o removing the transmission, since you'll be dropping it anyway make sure you install the short shift linkage before putting it back in. It's more complicated than it looks and doing it with the gearbox out is a whole lot easier.
