How much of a 968 interior will fit a late 944 ?
Haven't been able to find many definitive answers on this.
I have 968 front door map pockets/speaker covers.
Looking at rear hatch side carpets, but not sure if they will work with the 944 seats. Would the split 968 seats bolt right in?
If anyone knows where I might be able to find some good info on what definitely fits, it'd be a big help.

Not sure either. A fair number of interior items are a direct cross over between the late model 944s and the 968s.
I'm pretty sure things like dash and associated parts, center console and door handle pulls are all interchangeable. The door cards are different though - some stitching and a slight contour difference along the top edge are apparent.
Front seats interchange with no issues as well as the rear seat backs - split rear seat upper halves and the bases should swap out. The interior rear quarters...maybe not, based on the different rear hatch?
A-pillars may also be slightly different...kick panels...dunno, but it seems like they *should*.

I have replaced my complete interior with 968 parts
The rear side carpets fit but not perfectly, the 968 ones have 1/2" dia hole that is not in the 944 one of the holes for the push in plastic plugs is in a different position.
The trunk,boot floor carpet does not fit at all.
Rear split seats possible if you fit the bracket however the rear side panels need to be replaced as the rear blind fits into these not onto the seat back.
