Default leak around oil pressure switch?

are these oil pressure switches prone to leaking? what other suspects should i rule out in that area. most of the engine itself seems dry

thinking about taking my friends advice and spraying some degreaser in those areas and hosing it off unless there is a better method.

It could just be the oil filter not sealing right. IIRC there's a washer on that oil pressure sensor, maybe try replacing that next oil filter change.

is it supposed to do more than read out the oil pressure?

I am seeing the oil pressure fluctuate as it should. anything else i should be noticing?

two functions....the 0-5 bar gauge and the low pressure light.

just don't start it with the sender out. should be a 24mm

I have had good luck with FAE sensors on the s320 but URO parts are commonly iffy.
