Project month for my daily 944
So the water pump went out last week, my paint came for the front clip of my car. And I have new gear drives for the sunroof. I will be posting all pictures and my walkthrough on how to change a water pump too. But the only thing I need help with is how to change the gear drives for a late model 944.

Good luck! Lots of stuff you have there.
As for the sunroof, there are some writeups out there. Do you mean the gear drive at the motor or at the latch? And when you say 'late model'- be sure you mean late sunroof as well. The sunroof design changed in 1986 calendar year, (quite a bit of time after the mid-cycle refresh halfway through model year 1985).
