What are these two sensors?

As I continue to more through my clean up/update on my 1987 I have come up to two more items...

Wondering if I should take them out and clean them up or possibly replace as a "while in there" service.

Water temp sensor for the DME closest to the timing belt and water temp sensor for the instument cluster.
