Opinion wanted on wheel color
Painted my Fuchs today and I'm interested in people's opinions. My wife hates it, and I did want it to be a darker bronze, but I think it has a cool retro look.
New color:
Hasn't settled from being jacked up, its not that high lol

Three Wheelin'
Well there was an original Platinum wheel center on the early N/A cars , but it wasn't this dark or brown looking ( at least on my browser ).
I don't think it was ever available on series two cars or on any 951s as an option from Porsche tho.
I like the black center FUCHS on Guards red. ( slightly biased, as I have two with that color combination.... so don't mind me )

Though I'm inclined towards the black fuchs, especially with all the black tinting, strips down the sides (can't think of the right term...), and side mirrors you have, it's not just another guard's red 944 with black wheels. (See my avatar...)

Easy enough to change, but if nothing else I got it out of my system. Main thing I wanted was to try something different than the black wheels you see on EVERY Guards Red 944. I may try gunmetal next

I like it. It's not too "out there" but it's different enough to give the car some personality and set it apart from others. Let's be honest, it's not like there's a shortage of Guards Red Porsches with black-centered wheels.
