Found it: Wiper with "Spoiler"
To all those that were looking for a solution to the chattering windshield wiper (especially at speed), I found one at the VW dealership. It's part # - 3A1 955 425. If that doesn't work, tell them it's the wiper blade w/ spoiler from a 2000 Golf GLS 1.8T. Cost was $18.39 after tax.
Oh, I haven't installed it yet, so don't know if it fits. How many inches is the wiper for the 944? This thing is at least 21 inches.

You know you can buy those little clip-on "wings" for less than $5 at Pepboys/Canadian Tire/Wallmart
They work just as good. I've tested them to 165mph - they don't fly off. But, you can also remove them in dry weather, and, they are cheaper.
