944 S2 vacuum routing
Gents,
I've been searching on the internet for hours, but can't figure out where this particular T-piece should lead to on an 944 S2. Anybody can check on his car?

The white T-piece dead center in the picture, between the intake manifold and some kind of solenoid valve. I can't figure out where the third leg goes, as i have no other unconnected lines.
Thanks in advance!

It is possible that you will have different emmisions with your ROW car vs US spec.
Do you have a charcoal canister in your drivers fender? I would assume that is an emmision line that goes either to the canister or the tank.

There are indeed charcoal canister routings there, but upon closer inspection I found this lying in the engine bay. It fits, would make sense as I can't find any unconnected lines and all other vacuum circuits are complete.

I just checked my '90S2 and that line goes from the white/black solenoid valve behind the AC port straight down and takes a lateral 90 degree behind into the big bulb on the driver side of the intake manifold--no other connector or T-port along the way. So, someone either added it to your car, or the factory removed between '89 and '90. Or its ROW as mryan suggests.
