Default Do the cooling fans run continuously with the A/C on?

They turn off when the A/C is switched off but otherwise they seem to run all the time with the A/C on. I can't remember if that has always been the case. (I finally got the A/C working all the time and its getting a workout this summer)

Yes. The AC system needs to keep air moving over the condensor (radiator type thing) to keep working.

iirc it's only the RH fan that is controlled by the ac and it runs full with the ac on. With the ac off the thermo switch takes over and controls both fans.
