944UK the guy with bumpers has Location set to London. Probably best bet as he is experienced with shipping large stuff overseas.

I had the same problem, bought 2.7 engine off of ebay.co.uk and even arranged carrier pickup, but the seller wouldn't budge. Personal pickup only, we canceled the purchase.

I later got the information that engine was still in the car and that he expected buyer to take it out by himself.
