Default Selling my Garnet Red 86

I wanted to put this ad here as well as the vehicle market place as not every 944 owner goes in there. And this car may appeal to someone here. I want the car to go to a good home where its loved and appreciated. Going into winter and running out of garage space and I need to sell off a couple cars. I am regrettably selling my Garnet Red Metallic 86 944. I'm asking $4500/obo and I am located in Vermilion Ohio, zip 44089. It has a tan leather interior and is equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission. The mileage is just over 138,000. The original Blaupunkt radio works perfectly, the sunroof works perfectly, all lights work great, heat blows hot,and the car drives really well. The front bumper is a Fiberwerks brand bumper and is free of cracks. The car is 100% stock and original other than the steering wheel. It originally came with a 30mm raised hub steering wheel but the leather was torn and I replaced it with a standard leather wheel. I bought the car earlier this year with a skipped timing belt and immediately fixed the engine. Pictures of the repair work are available and the following items were replaced:

-Cylinder head and valves and head gasket (complete valve job and valve guide seals)
-New intake manifold and exhaust manifold gaskets
-Rebuilt cam box with all new gaskets and seals
-Timing and balance shaft belt
-All rollers and tensioners
-Front crankshaft seal
-Balance shaft seals and onion skin seals
-Water pump (Lasso) and thermostat and seal
-Power steering and Alternator belt
-Oil change and Coolant flush
-Shifter repair using thrust bearings and a new leather shift boot
-New Wather thermo switch
-New Expansion tank cap
-Driver's seat reupholstered
-New Bosch plugs

The following items need attention:

-Tires are choppy and should be replaced. All hold air and are matched.
-A/C does not work
-Brake dust staining on the front wheels
-Chips on the front bumper
-Couple cracks in the dash
-Parking brake inop

I can be contacted by phone or text at 440-371-5332. More pictures available upon request and I can text or email any pictures than anyone wants to see. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Here are a few pics of the car:

Thank you! The car is really clean and unmolested. I hate to let it go, but I have too much on my plate right now and three 944's while not a bad thing, is taking its tole on the wife..

Take a fairly cosmetically worn 86 with a rebuilt engine, with oil pressure issues and a new clutch with a del-ton sport AR-15 with a no name quad rail, laser, flashlight, BSA 3-16x40 scope in trade?
