Default 968 Power Window Problem

The power window on the drivers door of my 968 Cab goes up fine until the last inch or so, then it slows down to a crawl. I can hear the motor struggling, but the window barely moves. If I grab the top of the glass and pull upward, it quickly comes up to full height. There is no obstruction in the window channel and I've tried lubricating it with silicone spray, which didn't help. The window goes down without a problem.

Does anyone else have an idea what the problem is and how to solve it? I'm afraid if I don't fix it, it will eventually burn out the window motor.

There are little plastic rollers on the ends of the lifting arms which could be broken causing the hang up.

Cheers,
