Default just got my first 951

Got a good deal last week on an 1986 951, about 150K miles. great interior, mechanically very sound. It was the first time I had driven a turbo. I guess I only thought I loved my 944. 944 left, 951 right.

I changed from my NA to a Turbo a couple years ago and I was surprised what a different driving experience it is! Almost like two totally different cars, all in better ways.

inside the car, the same. otherwise it handles better and has substantially more power, there is NO comparison, really. night and day. if you drive a turbo, you will be so dissapointed in the NA. Glad I waited to drive one until I was ready to buy one.

I also just switched from an 84 na(mint) to an 87 turbo.I could never go back. The turbo is quite simply…a boatload of fun to drive…boost is very addictive…same interior, same car, twice the power…and I love the lines of the turbo. The car is fast! I had a great experience with my na….and now that I have the turbo….I'm smiling just thinking about the nice drive I'm going to have tomorrow. Drop that thing down into second or third when you are cruising along and hang on.My friends laugh there *** off and can't believe it's a four banger.
