I would mix them up, blacks would be good for the spring plate and rear arms as these don't really transmit a lot of noise/vibration to the chassis. I'd use purple everywhere else on a street car.

FWIW - I have heard no squeaks to date from the bushing on the S2, which were installed approximately 3 months ago now.

Unfortunately, PowerFlex have yet to make any bushings for the 928. I will contact them to see if it's even on their radar.

I have purple ones as well. Complete front end is purple powerflex, used the lube they provided and no squeaks. Did a few thousands kms, some rain..but mostly nice weather driving. Not sure weather its 1 year or two years since i have them on.
When i get enough energy i'll also replace the rear ones with the purple powerflex kit from Ideola.

EDIT: fitment is very important with these tho, you must make sure that they fit without the purple rubbing against the fixed bits of the suspension.

those of you who have been running the powerflex bushings (more interested in purple street versions) how are they holding up over the years?
how is the ride/noise compared to the original rubber? any poly squeaks?

FYI

Any parts used for motorsport/competition purposes or part numbers ending ‘BLK’ are excluded from our lifetime warranty.

Thumbs down Ideola's garage

I placed an order for the PowerFlex bushings with Ideola a couple weeks ago and can not get a status on the order.

Their phone number never answers and there is no reply to e-mails.

If I don't receive a reply from Ideola I'll have to re-order from PowerFlex's website.

Anyone else experience any issue with Ideola's Garage?
