Wanted to know how to properly diagnose a wiper problem. Did it the hard way and swapped wiper motors already to no avail, 30amp #24 fuse is not blown, but has been replaced, does anyone know how to bypass the wiper switch on the steering column? Would the intermittant relay stop operation? This was my first time blindly parts replacing and I really regret it
