Thanks Folks! As I am strictly a street/highway operator, I am mostly inquiring if there is a difference in the way pre-9/84 vs post-9/84 shocks are mounted. I gather from the responses, (thus far) there are no physical difference in the way the shocks are mounted. Thanks again!

I have a set of Bilstiens HD rears. Used them 1/2 year about 6 DE's. Then upgraded to my current race set up (late offset).So if someone want a practically new set for early 944 pm me and I will hook you up.
