It doesn't snow (normally) in the SF bay area, but it did hale one time so heavily that the streets and cars were covered with piles of white. I took the 968 around the block just to see how scary it was, especially with summer tires (which is what I have on the car year-round). There was almost no steering control, and the brake pedal just juddered with ABS any time I touched it. Snow is awesome, but I'm glad I don't have to drive in it.

Muuhahaha. Snow just evens the playing field! I'm looking forward to my first winter season in a Porsche. I do have snow tires ready to go on the car shortly.

Our 944 was my uncle's before, and he bought a Piper ski rack for it and took it to Tahoe every year. I remember us going with him and his girlfriend one time. I don't think there was any snow on the road but it was still badass to go skiing with a 944.
