There are two different belts, depending upon what year your car is. Early cars and 924S models use 5 X 736 - 99919220450.
If you have a late 944, you can use the 6 X 720 belt that Vinnie lists below - 99919229050
If you have a late 944, you can use the 6 X 720 belt that Vinnie lists below - 99919229050

It's the pulley on the alternator that determines which belt to use. Early cars had 5 groove pulleys, late cars have 6. Make sure all your pulleys match if you're replacing the alternator.
