Thanks! I learned nothing.

Clearly you know nothing, since you have moved to insults instead of just backing up your claims with facts. Which, you have yet to state a single fact supporting your made up claim of suspensions falling apart with bigger wheels than the ones you happen to run.

Sounds like you may have helped with the development of the 944 suspensions 30 years ago. You sure no your stuff bud. You are definitely the type of person who would run your 22's on a 944. Bling bling buddy!!! LOL.
Grow up my friend, I'm sure your not in high school any more. Bet you have a killer sub box and amp custom DIY install.
Killer dude LOL.
Good luck in life. Have fun with your 19/22's.

Your reading skills are as comically bad as your personal skills and understanding of physics. Why not just support your point with facts instead of unfounded insults? Because you can't ?

This is a place where owners come together to meet and talk with other owners. If you can't have a grown up civil conversation then you should leave!

Only an ignorant child resorts to insults when they can't support their argument with facts. You put far too much weight into your own ego if you think your words actually hurt.

It is really interesting how internet myths trump math and physics.

Happy 22's Cole Go wreck your suspension Cole.
See you on the next thread Cole.
You can't read at all can you?

Do you even know what the 22s are on? Did you even try to read? Or was it over your head? Or how they compare to the stock size on that vehicle.?

....and still not a single word to defend your claims, just insults and banter that a 5th grader would be ashamed of

The irony here is that you seem to think this makes you cool, when all you really do is make yourself look like more of a fool!

Perfect proportions ... 17 or 18s on a 993
(Original fitment 16s)

finally swapped the A-arms/ball joints/struts/strut mounts/bushings.
save for the caster blocks, all good for the next 100,000+ street miles.

19s, however.... seem to be the tipping point where those who've ridden on them claim the ride gets a bit too harsh.

A CYA tech bulletin published 23 years ago saying its "not approved" by the company "for all cars" hardly supports your statements. Especially when 23 years of user experience states that they work fine.

A tech bulletin that was also published when Porsche did not use wheels larger than 17', and 18s were also very rare. Today tire and whee technology has evolved a lot. By the testing standards they used in 1993 many of today's race tires would be considered too sticky and out too much force on the components.

You still fail to bring forward any facts. A 23year old CYA document, most likely created by the bean counters is hardly an engineering analysis to support your claims.

It's sad that you can't post any of this without being in a teenage tantrum with name calling. You would not be a welcome member at any PCA event. Grow up and leave the name calling at home, it just discredits the other stuff you try to post.

So....you're mad that someone challenged your opinion with data?!

Then when you can't backup your opinion with facts you lash out like a toddler! All this hats and insults. Why not just put up a factual case if you can make one. (Which it seems you can't)

A discussion on the effects of the wheel size would have been welcome. Instead you ruin a thread like this with insults and zero content.

There are a hundred common practices the Porsche owners do that are not explicitly approved by mother Porsche, including your ultra wide wheels and lowered suspension. Not only does your posted document not support your suspension distruction claims, it also proves you a hypocrite that is only grasping at straws to try to make a point. One so weak that you mask it in childish insults.

You haven't posted a single fact, not one.

You have done nothing to support your claims.

You only toss out insults and try to ASSume my emotions state. Which is as wrong as the statements you have made about everything else.

You state that I'm wrong but have yet to post a single supporting detail.

Fail, at so many levels!

.....except that watching you flounder like this is pretty entertaining

Have a great old man.
Go run your 19's
More proof that you haven't read anything.

Just wild assumptions and incorrect statements. You can't even quote correctly.
