Thumbs down Ideola's Garage - Experiences

How have other people's experiences been with Ideola?

Anyone worked with him this month perhaps? I'm also posting this in hopes that he will make good with me and I know I have to be delicate since he's given Rennlist a check for sponsor money.

I had a very positive experience last year when I ordered my carpet kit: he definitely went the extra mile to get me what I wanted, and was very communicative.

Edit: nice bike, by the way. I have a friend who heads their US operation.

Thanks Charlie!
I had read basically the same experience elsewhere, and nothing to the contrary. I hope to also get input from more recent customers and hopefully on the G31 rebuild kit.
I'll PM you about your friend, what a great job!

Is Ideola the only vendor or person that offers the G31 rebuild kit/parts? To be specific, the parts that are in the "Ultimate Rebuild" package.

There is apparently a misunderstanding, hopefully two members can resolve this, can the moderator help?

I bought quite a few parts from him including a harness bar some time ago, the transactions were smooth and flawless. I hope all is worked out as he has been great in my book.

I too have had good dealings with Dan in the past... On starters and axle bolts.

Barry, if you have a business dealing in any capacity that you were unhappy with, it would be best to first PM a Mod and engage us to resolve it off-line for the benefit of both parties.

Anyone can make a posting and inquire about them, absolutely. But there is a distinct difference about inquiring, and publically causing defamatory remarks. Just like when two Members go at it and cross the line, and then a Mod has to interject.

Rolex, I've replied to your PM. You now have the full story

I really do wish to get this resolved, it seems that he's a good vendor from the replies here, and I'd truly like to have that same experience.
