I have an '86 turbo with those old style rectangular front door pocket speakers. Well I had some. So I need some more if anyone has an old set lying around. They have to be much smaller or shallower than the ones I can buy now as these impinge on the window mechanism.

Has anyone got any they'd like to get rid of or can point me in the direction of where to get some? PM me please if you do.

I am replacing mine with Infinity Reference 4x6s, they aren't a perfect fit as they stick out too far (not shallow enough) Im going to overcome this by making some plexi glass spacers to shim them out while keeping the stock speaker cover. Ill do a small write-up in my thread. Other than that you'll just have a find a set of stockers that aren't crap after 25 years or search some more to see what other options are available.

Pretty sure I have the ones that came out of my S2 when I replaced them. Sounded OK, but not as good as what I had in my '85 (that I swapped into the S2).

Wonder what shipping to AUS would be...

Darren the shipping won't be much. I've sent whole blocks over so a couple of speakers will be fine. If you could confirm that you still have them, I'd be happy to give you a few bucks at you for them too.
