Are any of you 944 NA guys interested in this? I could make the definition so it will work with the NA, if there is any interest.

I'm suprised that their isn't more interest in a nearly free tuning solution for the 944...

I'm interested. Dumb question, but would it work with the early cars too?

Need an EPROM DME. So, for the NA it needs to be the late style DME.

K. To swap you just need the late DME and AFM, right?

Well, don't make the definition just for me - it'll be a while before I have $$ for a wideband, ostich, etc.

Yes, a swap to the late DME and AFM.

I'm interested, just trying to get my car working first...

Although I'd definitely be more into it if I go supercharged or maf

This would be a huge benefit for those going forced induction - it will allow you to pull timing as needed.

im definitely interested as soon as this comes out... on the NA ecu, does this allow us to remove the air sensor and add a map sensor? how much leeway do we get with injector size?

The early DME's (ML1.2) use a whole different CPU and program. Some of them do come with removable EEPROM's, but that's rare and the tuning software needs to be told to look for the different map locations of the early DME. The late DME's (ML3.1) are a lot easier to work with because there's more knowledge and support for them.

Ok, I finally have some time to work on the NA definition... Should be out this week.
Injectors scaling is not limited - could swap in large injectors if desired.
