I took the headlight rubber strips out of the purple power "soup" and cleaned them. Also cleaned up some hoses which appear good, but history is unknown. Will silicone them and put them aside for later installation. Got a vacuum valve out and brought it home for buffing and further checkout prior to paint. replaced hold down bolts with stainless ones. Put bracket in the soup for cleanup. Will be undoing heater hoses for further cleanup and inspection. Will consider replacing them with new ones since they could be a bear to change once the engine is back in. Thanks, Tiger03447

It is the one in the very back

Just don't the belly to deal with this now, so if anyone wants a project, or a V8 donor car, and this does have a brand new clutch, we are willing to let this one go..

tow the car to a local EDM machine shop.
give him 10 minutes and toss him $200 and apply a new stud to the new clean hole.

had to do that for a customer's car a few years ago because of a broken-off bolt in the block as well.+

as far as "what did i do"...playing with projector lights.

Plastidipped my car! As well as added the cgt bumper, bridge spoiler, diffuser. Two stage....black base, matte clear with nebula red pearl additive. Turned out ok, needs touch up. I'll get another gallon of clear and the pearl and shoot it again. This was my 2nd car I've shot with my plastidip sprayer system.

I have the front and rear bumpers off of my 1983 944.
New front turn indicators are on the way since the old ones disintegrated upon removal.
The black bumper pieces are going to get a satin spray.
And the right rear corner piece will get a couple mounting points re-attached.

I went to drive my car to work the other morning and it would't start. Today I tried again and it wouldn't start, then I unplugged and plugged the reference sensor back in and...it started. Frustrating!
