Default 944 S2 Track toy: Wow...my list is getting long.

It's funny when you start these projects. You think you have an idea on how much you need, where you are going to get it, etc, etc...

I just put this list together for the records and......damn.

Some of this is about to be completed. And this is before I finally decide to crack the motor open and refresh it.

Suspension & Brakes

- New Ground Control / Koni double adjustable front coilovers with 500# springs
- New Ground Control front camber plates
- New Ground Control Single adjustable rear coilovers with 600# springs
- New Racer’s Edge lower coilover mounting bolts
- New complete front tie-rods
- New front control arms
- All new mounting front suspension mounting hardware
- New Castor blocks
- New Weltmeister / Racer’s Edge Poly & Delrin suspension bushings (front & rear)
- New 968 Club Sport adjustable sway bars with Delrin bushings
- Front sway bar supports added
- Upgraded rear sway bar mounts
- Torsion bars removed
- New braided brake lines installed
- Brake system flushed with ATE super 200 Gold
- New 968 brake ducts installed

Trans & Clutch

- LSD transmission refreshed by PO. Included new sycros on 2 & 3 and all new seals.
- New clutch install (Stock Sachs)
- New Clutch master
- New Clutch slave
- All new lines, bearings and bolts.
- Flywheel resurfaced
- Replaced Torque tube with 58K unit
- New shift lever installed
- New Weltmeister short-shift kit installed
- Fluid change in trans to Mobil 1
- New Half shafts & CV's

Engine & Exhaust

-New chain tensioner installed with new chain guides
-General tune up performed (plug, wires, filters, etc)
-Oil serviced with Mobil 1
-Belts are new as of 5K ago. (re-tensioned)
-Autothority Chip installed by PO (have original)
-New catback exhaust installed by PO

Misc:

-New 5pt harnesses installed (G-Force)
-Custom welded roll bar installed by J3 Motorsports
-New Sparco Evo L Plus seats with Brey Krause brackets
-New Momo Leather steering wheel installed with Porsche horn button
-New Momo shift **** installed
-New Patrick Racing front splitter installed
-Custom Fog lamp covers
-1 set of 7.5x17” & 9x17” Cup wheels with new Nexen Street tires.
-1 set of 8.5x17” & 9 x 17” Boxster twist wheels

I was gonna say, put together a list, just don't put prices down and add 'em up!

no pictures of the finished product? after such a long list of modifications, how could you not post a few?

It's not done yet. As I mentioned above...some of that still needs to be installed. (it's sitting on my garage floor)...
