Default fuel injectors not sending

I am working on a 1988 Porsche 944, base model, that has been sitting for 20 years, and was running before it was sat down. The problem I am having is that fuel injectors are not sending the fuel down. I have taken out the injectors and cleaned and tested them and they are in great shape. Put test leads on the connectors and get 12VDC on each. My understanding is that one side should be 12VDC and the other 0VDC. Additionally, I have replaced the following: Batt, starter/solenoid, reference and speed sensors, DME, ECU, fuel pump and filter, (which are working well, with fuel pressure to the fuel rail). Engine turns over easily. Have cleaned all grounds, inside , outside and underneath. I am stumped. Anything come to mind to anyone? Any Help would be greatly appreciated. The engine has good spark and does turn over and runs when starter fluid is sent through the system.

Get a noid light and see if the ECU is sending a pulse to the injectors. If not, check for good waveforms from the two flywheel sensors at the ECU connector.

Thanx, looks to be sound advice. I suspect a short in the harness.
