Default 924S Performance boost

I have an '87 924S. its a great car, but i want more power for as little money as possible, any suggestions?

suspension- easiest way to go faster through a corner. Hit your apex and make it handle.

I managed to eek out an additional 60hp out of my N/A. The only thing i needed to do was put an additional .5 liters in the motor

additional .5 liters can be had for around 3-5k i think

Engine swap is the only real way to make power. Just work on the suspension and your driving. Work on keeping your engine reliable and keep up with the maintainance. When you can afford it buy a 951 or swap in a 968 engine. The 2.5 na engine is hard to get any real power out of cheaply and reliably.

And do a search, its been discussed.

yeah, figure about 3k for the motor and another thousand for incidentals.

NOS. Otherwise leave it alone and just drive it faster in the turns, (on the track of course)

OR

Sell it to me and get a 951.

Make sure it is working properly to factory specs.
There is no cheap way to and power gains in 944/924S motor. You can only hope to ensure you are not "down" on power.
