Chris, I'll be busy all day Saturday... getting my fake diploma on stage and stuff. Will you be doing anything on Sunday? If not I have plenty to keep myself busy with, like teaching my brother how not to crash a freshly painted 944.

Oh, I call dibs on taking up the rear of the convoy. My bro is kinda new to porsches and to twisties, so I'll be pacing him.

also in tow are an A4 (he came with us on the stewarts point run) and a track-prepped S5 RX7 N/A.

RX7 is on a fresh rebuild....and it's got a roll cage....and JIC's.....

it should be very interesting to say the least.....

Arash,

Did you decide to give the 944 to your brother rather than sell it?

i will in a straight line, no doubt. it's got about 190BHP and weighs maybe 2500 lbs. i've got a good amount of rwhp on him.

not so sure about in the twisties though. i think we might be about equal on "skill" but his car is seriously prepped for sticking.

we'll see........

He's alive...I was going to post an obituary Brad. Glad to see you back. Are you up for a quick run on those Berryessa roads like last year? Sometimes the best ones are the late ones. Wentworth is still snowed in so I'm open all weekend.

WTF? Are you trying to start a seperate run within this run thread? Or are you suggesting Berryessa for this run?

Its cool though since we dont really have a locale yet for the drive but I was thinking of something coastal.

Berryessa would be great for me the raods like 5 min from my house. That is if you would be starting near twin sisters.

Calm down Roger I was just trying to lure Brad out of Winter retirement. I promise not to steal your thread again and will keep my comments to PM's for awhile

Count me in for this Berryessa run! I just don't know when it is...

Brad, welcome back! We'd love to see you on Monday, but if you can't make it, keep visiting RL!

Roger, HELL no, I didn't give him the 944. I just want both my cars to be on this run, and I can only drive one car at a time. Plus, I'm sure he gets bored being a passenger, and he does want to come on this run... and he's asked to drive the 944 in the past. The 944 is still for sale, but I haven't posted it anywhere because I'm still trying to figure out why the rear bumper side pieces won't fit on.

That's the most impact to a thread any post from me has ever had

I think a run to Berryessa would be great - I have a block party on Sunday I think, so need to work around that. Monday would probably be best for me. You guys decide what works and I'll make my best shot. Roger, it would be great to make this one event for us all. I'm not big on coming down to the South Bay though...

I'll keep watching the thread... Good to be back. It's much more exciting over here in the 944 forums than the 911 ones (ok, I'm ready for the flak )
