Question What should I do for a better sounding Exhaust?

I just cut my cat out and put a test pipe on but I don’t like the way it sounds I want something that sounds more like a Porsche what should I do?

I have a cat with 144K miles on it and it still seems to work should I put this back on or do one of the following
Cat then straight pipe
Cherry Bomb then Stock muffler
Cherry Bomb then Cherry Bomb
Test pipe then Cherry Bomb Turbo
Cat then Cherry Bomb
Any others I had a cherry bomb on a old ford beater and it sounded ok and there cheap so that’s why I have it listed not sure if they would sound good on my car.
Any other ideas? I don’t want to pay over 100 dollars.

I want something a bit louder than stock, but will go back to it if there is no other way to get a Porsche sound for and aftermarket

Cherry bomb and cherry bomb turbo info are at http://www.maremont.com/NewFiles/Product_listing.htm

Straight pipe to dual cherry-bombs out the back. Don' even use tips, just stick the cherry bombs about 6" out past the bumper. f0' sh1zzl3!

84 n/a with cat. I do have a soundclip. Do not delete the cat unless you use your car for motorsports purposes.

Serge, Where did youget the muffler from? From what I can tell it sounds pretty good. I wonder what mine would sound like considering I have the cone filter...
