Default Im desperate..Anyone want an Isuzu Impulse Turbo ?

Ok, here is a follow up on the thread I posted a few weeks ago:

https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...=isuzu+impulse

I am now desperate to get rid of the car. Again, the engine runs but sound like a VERY loud diesel engine. My suspicion is that the niece has been using unleaded fuel on this Turbo engine and possible detonation occured..Im not sure, just a guess..

I would keep the car and work on the engine but I only have a 2 car garage and no room for a fourth car anywhere.
If you are good working with engines, this is a good project.

You can also use the car to sell parts..The recaro seats is in perfect condition and can be sold at a good price. Its got 4 brand new Michelin tires, the Alloy rims are in perfect cond. Other mechanical parts like the Turbo or intercooler can also be sold. There are a few Isuzu owners clubs on the net that would be interested in this.

I will take $900 for the car. It is sitting on my brother's driveway in Orange county, CA. He wants the car out of his house soon.

As an fyi, this design was very close to the original show car, done by Guigaro. He did a series of 'Ace' show cars, Ace of Clubs, Ace of Spades, etc, and one (I forget which) was bought by Isuzu. Really nice design, and some had the suspension tricked up by Lotus, and have snazzy side badges to shout it.

If you wre a bit closer, I'd consider taking it. Any idea what shipping is from CA to WI? I'm guessing close to what your selling the car for.

I always liked that car... never had the money to actually buy one. Initially it was to be the design of the next VW Sirocco (spelling??) Wife would kill me if I bring another car to the house.
