Hey everyone, with the summer months coming to an end and the ambient temperatures beginning to drop, the fact that my daily baby has no HVAC control at all is a bit concerning. The fan will blow loud enough to make it seem like you should be plastered to the seat, but actually gives off very little air whatsoever, and only out of a passenger side vent. To add to that, there is no heat or AC. It is an '82 924 N/A, and the original system seemed to have stopped working, so one of the previous owners had done the typical replacement of a center console gauge with the round control system that fits into the hole cut out for the gauge, I'll post pictures. Anybody have any ideas on where I could start tinkering or what to do?

Here is a shot of the system I'm talking about. I'm thinking the original stopped working, so the battery voltmeter gauge was replaced with what you see here, which from my understanding isn't too uncommon among 924/944s.
