Default Porsche 924 electrical problems

Hi everyone, I am having some troubles with the electrics in my porsche 924, the main one is the electric windows, the drivers side was working but now it isn't, you can hear the motor click slightly when you push the switch but it doesn't move, I've checked the wires at the motor and they have 11.7 volts in them, is that enough for the motor or does it need to be above 12?
Also the passenger side window works however it is very slow and sounds like it is struggling.
Does anybody know what might be causing this?
Thanks in advance

The voltage should be fine. Its most likely the window motor. Remove it and either replace or rebuild the motor. Either way, while you're inside the door, lubricate any gears or tracks that work to slide the window up.
