Default 924s Shift **** Wanted

I bought a 1987 924s recently, and during normal operation, the shift **** unexpectedly pulled off the linkage. Upon closer inspection, it appears the outer **** separated from the inner sleeve and the previous owner just used rtv to affix it back in place. I'd like to do it right this time, where can I find a good replacement part? I'd like it to look reasonably stock, nothing fancy.

Does anybody have any thoughts?

the **** fits over the linkage/lever with 2 rubber grommets to make it snug and quiet, and a big spring clip at the bottom.

its really not all that secure but it holds tight enough.
