Default Starting issues- fuel and carbs...

Trying to start the restoration project this PM- carbs have been on a shelf for 3-4 years. Have everything hooked up, front mounted fuel pump and pressure regulator. Pump working and have fuel to engine compartment (confirmed if you could smell my hands right now...) but carbs don't seem to be filling.
Ran the pump for quite a while, but little if any gas coming out of accelerator pump nozzles. Should see a good squirt when blipping the butterflies. Car won't start.

Something stuck in carbs? Is the float stuck not allowing bowl to fill? Both sides?? That seems odd.

Wondered about some opinions before I start going into the carbs. It's a Redline Weber kit BTW. 2 liter with Webcam.

TIA.

Know this site is pretty quiet compared to 914 world but wondered if some of old regulars can help out this old regular...

Well when you put the carbs rebuilt and unused prior to storage?

If not you may have old fuel gummed up in there.
