1976, If I recall correctly only a couple of thousand units, some say it's the left over parts from 1975.

Looking at George's post and if that VIN number is correct, only 4075 units sold as 1976 vs. approximately 19500 for 1973 I think.

Last year was 1976. All were 2.0 and fully optioned. Temporary low budget Porsche replacement was 912E (914 2.0 engine in 911 chassis) which was then replaced with 924 in '77.
