Default Proper storage for 1967 912

Hello fellow 912-ers, I've owned my polo red 1967 912 for almost 20 years now after buying it from its owner while living in Manhattan Beach , California. Although I've owned newer 911's (964 Targa & a 996 C4S) and truly enjoyed them, the 912 will never leave my garage as I absolutely love it. It is restored to about 90℅, with the interior being the last piece. But given I enjoy it as it is, not a major priority, for now. I am about to be offered a job which will entail relocating to the Caribbean so the 912 must be stored. I live in Miami. It kills me as I drive on weekends and have it at home in an AC garage. Any suggestions on long term storage much appreciated. AL
