Question for you MSTACH... regarding the cylinder wall coatings on your '83/'84 Turbo...
I know that back in the late 70's and early 80's, on the NA 911SC's & Carrera's,... Porsche put the Nikasil cylinder coatings for the Euro cars,... and the U.S. got the much cheaper Alusil cylinders.
But did they also do the same for the Turbo 911's back in that time frame? (I could probably dig up my books and look for this answer, but thought to ask here, since you own one).
Does your TURBO have Nikasil cylinders?
