Slantnose headlight wiring question
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a late 80's factory Slantnose?
I installed Marcus Sucro's relay kit today but because the headlamp circuits are apparently wired in conjuction with two relays involved with the raising and lowering of the headlights, it didn't work correctly.
From the fuse box side the wiring looks the same as the normal version but it isn't. With Marcus' relays installed on both high and low beams or on high or low beam alone the headlights will raise, turn on and work but the headlights won't go off until the high/low beam switch is operated, then the headlight buckets will not retract.
It's something to do with these two extra relays pictured below. The front one clicks when the parking lights are turned on, the rear one when the headlights are turned on.
Any information about how this works would be appreciated.
