Front end may be a bit low, but she sure looks good.

I think the door sills are supposed to have 1 degree of rake.

It's partially the angle of the photo. Car was set up with 1.15 degree of rake on new torsion bars and polybronze bushings by Elephant Racing. Euro spec ride height with the modest rake adjustment. Corner balanced. I asked for a touch more aggressive rake for the "nose down" look after spending what must have been 3 hours looking at peoples stances on a pelican photo thread

Niche, this non-tail car was a good piece of "stance inspo"..perfect rake imho.

John, i went with the Supercup. Arrives tomorrow says UPS. Hoping it sounds good given I want to stick with a stock cat. It's a crap shoot though because there are no vids out there with the SCup and stock cat, so we'll see soon enough.. if it doesn't sound good I may look at Dansk.

Oh nice! Pick one up used somewhere? Pumped to hear your thoughts once you put it on! If you get some videos of it to help educate the rest of the community, i'll make sure we feature you on our site and social media

i was able to get a new one at a very attractive price through a dealer. The car is getting new sunroof seals and other stuff at the "car spa" right now. Should be able to mount the new muffler next week.

Default Almost twins...

Long time reader, first time poster. Couldn't resist responding.

I have an almost identical '88 G50 3.2. Yours is the first one I've seen with Marine Blue Metallic and the script. My buddies have given me a hard time for buying something that's not "collectible", but I opted for scratching the itch I've had since I was a teenager! Great car. Thanks for sharing.

Your buddies are morons. I'd kill to have that car.....and judging by the money being offered over the last couple of years I'd repeat.....Your buddies are morons who are either also blind, ignorant, or simple idiots. The '88 911's rock.
