good afternoon gentleman. I am replacing my distributor points with a Pertronix electronic ignition. I currently have an MSD box and coil installed as well. My understanding is that the red cable from the magnet goes to the Fuse box #2 on the left, and the black cable goes to the white cable on the MSD box.
I wired everything as stated above and the car wont start... Any ideas??

I'd check that you have 12V at the fuse box fiirst-switched. If yes than check at the coil wire for spark. If you find it there but not at the plugs it isn't indexed correctly.
