Sounds good just picked up a 1977 911 S barn find still need to go threw it the previous owner had started the restoration hopefully ill get it up and running sooner then later.
Congrats. I have also been ghosting a while and just joined yesterday - and I have a 77 911S too. A targa that was stored since 1989 that I am restoring. Body and interior are in fantastic shape and unmodified. Engine needs a rebuild. Paperwork going back to 1981.
Best of luck with it. Get that 5 bladed fan out of your car asap.

Why get rid of the 5 blade fan?
Well I am surely no expert and I am sure more knowledgeable folks will chime in to correct me but as I understand it the situation with the 77 engines that caused so much trouble years down the road was that in order to meet emissions regulations Porsche decided to just make the engines run hotter as the hotter they ran the more exhaust gasses were burned. This exacerbated uneven heating problems between the magnesium block and the aluminum heads and contributed to the pulled studs problem. One of the ways they made the car run hotter was to remove the 11 bladed fan used on all the other years and use a 5 bladed one.
