On a side note, I think a few may realize the difference. They just hope that posting in all of the 911 sub-forums is going to get their question answered quicker.

Ahahaha. That's good. IMO I think it would get their attention at the least, because apparently some owners do not understand what the word air-cooled actually means. They must think coolant is just anti-freeze lol.

I get the original proposal in this thread as a reasonable reclassification of models; although there are others who obviously disagree on the need. And the information on Rennlist can be very helpful, at times, informative as to various events being held, etc. - even entertaining.
Most just visit the site as a diversion in their day. If one is concerned about the site being not "an efficient use of one's time", well ........

what doesn't help is guys respond and keep the thread going and say nothing of being in the wrong forum. instead of immediately redirecting them to the proper forum.
if everyone did this there would be no forums and one giant mess.
