Looking for a 3.4 or 3.6 engine builder on the west coast
any recommendations ?

Where on the west coast? It's like 1500 miles long. There's no reason for you to ship your engine.

im in LA but wont mind shipping up and down the coast..

If I was in Oregon I would go to Steve (rennsport) or Jeff(rothsport).

In SoCal I would take it to Aase, Supertec, TLG, Mirage or Callas.

I suggest making a few phone calls and seeing which of the builders you connect with. You will want to talk to them so you know who you are dealing with> Email inquiries don't really do that. You'll get generic answers and not get taken very seriously until they identify with the idea behind your project and what you want to achieve if you mail them. Call them and then they can give you a real answer what it's gonna take.

Aase has a 15+ engine backlog amazing they are really doing some fine work
