Jeff, again, you are a total stud!!! That looks fantastic. Loud, obnoxious, and perfect for such a righteous car. Are the seat backs in good shape? No paint required?

The nice thing about Sparco seats is that you can get new inserts if you need them. All I had to do was drive 45 minutes to their factory/warehouse and I had new bottom cushions and plastic rings. Your drive would be a bit longer.

Thanks mate. The seat backs have a few small scratches on them, but I think they will just polish out.

This week I have done lots of little things in the interior that needed to be done. I have now managed to get the roll cage back in and it is really coming together.

Tried to find a GIF of Gene Wilder wearing purple that would play here. For some reason Jeff reminds me of a mad scientist.

This week I have been tidying up the door trims and making my own version of RS door pulls. The biggest challenge was the smallest bits. Making the trim bezels for around the pulls.

I have tried to find one of those over here several times, but no one has stocked them. I sure I could find one if I look hard enough, but I haven't come across one yet.

This week I start to re-trim the second seat and then get stuck into the custom dash pieces. All of these little things really seem to take up a lot of time.

Somehow I've just now come across this.... love the vids, have subscribed to your channel!

What are your plans for the suspension? I'm anticipating a through-body front sway bar is in the car's future?

I haven't thought too much about the suspension at this stage. I don't want to go crazy until I drive it and see what it needs.

Anyway here is this weeks update.

This week I continue trimming the second seat and then have a go at trimming some armrests up in leather.

In this weeks episode I finally swap out the grey carpet for black, and continue tidying up some more trim bits.
