Default 911 heater issue

I have an 84 911 Carrera Coupe with only 54,000. We were out today on a nice afternoon drive and I realized there was heat coming from the dash vent on the drivers side but not the center or right side vent. There was no manipulation of the controls that could shut off the heat. Before I proceed I wanted to see if any of you had an idea of the problem and/or fix.....thanks

middle vents are also for AC, but correct on no heat supposed to come out of them.

OP, which system do you have? You have climate control w/ the dial in the middle of both seats?

Flapper boxes are notorious for sticking open. You likely have a drivers side flap that isn't seating right. If you are lucky, you can simply unbolt the cable, close the flapper, retighten the nut on the cable.

I went full retard and installed manual pulls and flapper boxes. This eliminated tons of redundant plumbing. Now I have heat to my wife's feet and heat to the windshield.
